CORPO NEURALE al Via Lattea Art Studio

Sabato 4 ottobre 2025, in occasione della ventunesima edizione della Giornata del Contemporaneo, promossa da AMACI con il sostegno della Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea del Ministero della Cultura e di Culture Ireland – Promoting Irish Arts Worldwide, il Via Lattea Art Studio presenta CORPO NEURALE, performance curata dal collettivo PSO – Project Secret Open.

L’evento mette in dialogo due mondi: quello dell’artista irlandese Oona Hyland, con la mostra OONA HYLAND – HEART OF DARKNESS, e quello del collettivo PSO, che esplora i confini tra corpo, suono e memoria.

CORPO NEURALE è una performance che non racconta storie, ma attraversa la materia e il segnale come organismo vivo: nervi che diventano impulsi, carne che diventa campo di battaglia, memoria che interferisce con il presente.

Le mani e le macchine lavorano insieme:
Flavio Ullucci (sintetizzatore modulare) costruisce impulsi elettrici che si propagano nello spazio.
Andrea Ullucci (chitarra + effetti) apre fenditure sonore tra caos e armonia.
Togaci (rumorista e autore del testo) crea le basi sonore e testuali della performance.
Elena Pugliese (drammaturga e voce off) legge il testo di Togaci, attraversando la performance come coscienza intermittente.
Jelix (performer) abita il corpo neurale con braccia, mani e onde veloci che portano in superficie l’invisibile.

In questo intreccio di suoni, corpi e impulsi, CORPO NEURALE diventa un’esperienza sensoriale e politica, dove elettricità e carne si fondono in un unico organismo in trasformazione.

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, on the occasion of the 21st edition of the Giornata del Contemporaneo, promoted by AMACI with the support of the Directorate General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture and Culture Ireland – Promoting Irish Arts Worldwide, Via Lattea Art Studio presents NEURAL BODY, a performance curated by the collective PSO – Project Secret Open.
The event brings together two worlds: that of the Irish artist Oona Hyland, with the exhibition OONA HYLAND – HEART OF DARKNESS, and that of the collective PSO, which explores the boundaries between body, sound, and memory.
NEURAL BODY is a performance that does not tell stories, but moves through matter and signal as a living organism: nerves that become impulses, flesh that becomes a battlefield, memory that interferes with the present.
Hands and machines work together:
• Flavio Ullucci (modular synthesizer) builds electric impulses that propagate through space.
• Andrea Ullucci (guitar + effects) opens sonic fissures between chaos and harmony.
• Togaci (noise artist and text author) creates the sonic and textual foundations of the performance.
• Elena Pugliese (playwright and voice-off) reads Togaci’s text, traversing the performance as an intermittent consciousness.
• Jelix (performer) inhabits the neural body with arms, hands, and fast waves that bring the invisible to the surface.
In this intertwining of sounds, bodies, and impulses, NEURAL BODY becomes a sensory and political experience, where electricity and flesh merge into a single transforming organism.
