Fra ricorrenze, coincidenze, caso, cabala e calcolo, Alessandro Busci ritorna alla Galleria Antonia Jannone con una mostra che presenta 40 nuovi lavori , tutti su acciaio cor-ten, tutti 40x40 cm, tutti dipinti nel mese e nell`anno dei suoi 40 anni e della sua doppia presenza in Biennale di Venezia. Un magico lungo viaggio ripercorre in una direzione i temi e i luoghi sempre affrontati dalla sua pittura ( aeroporti, architetture, porti) e nell`altra sperimenta nuovi soggetti e paesaggi (cargo, nuvole, marine, cascate) che sembrano voler esplorare i limiti tra pittura figurativa e astratta, tra iconografia orientale e occidentale.

In the wake of recurrences, coincidences, chance, cabala and calculation, Alessandro Busci has made his way back to the Antonia Jannone gallery with a new exhibition. He is presenting 40 new works, all on Cor-Ten steel, all 40x40cm, and all painted in the year of his 40th birthday and in the year in which he exhibited twice at the Venice Biennale. While continuing on his long magical tour in the recurrent places of his artwork (airports, architectures, ports), Busci has been experimenting new subjects and landscapes (cargo, clouds, seascapes, waterfalls) in a bid to explore the limits between figurative and abstract art, between eastern and western iconography.
