On the YouTube for the web platform, it is quite simple to repeat songs. On your PC, launch the music video you wish to replay from YouTube. Loop can be chosen with a right-click on the video. I’m done now. Until you change the video, your song will now play endlessly.

One involves accessing the YouTube website using a mobile browser, and the second makes use of YouTube’s playlist feature. Finally, you may play songs repeatedly using third-party apps. Method 1 is to use the YouTube mobile website to repeat songs.

Note that only Android can be used with this method.

Open m.youtube.com in the Chrome browser on your phone. The YouTube website will launch in mobile mode. Check the box next to the Desktop site by tapping on the three dots icon in the top-right corner of Chrome. That will switch YouTube from its mobile version to its desktop version.

Open the video you wish to watch again. Touch the screen of the YouTube video and hold it there until a menu appears. To have the song loop, select Loop from the options.

Tip: You can play YouTube videos in the background without YouTube Premium by using the desktop version of YouTube from your mobile browser.

Method 2: Playlist-based YouTube song repetition

This method’s instructions are the same for both Android and iPhone/iPad.

Open the YouTube app on your smartphone or tablet in step 1. Locate the song video you wish to watch again.

Step 2: After the video has opened, tap and hold the Save button that is located beneath it. By doing so, your current playlists will open. Click on “New Playlist.”

Step 3: Name the playlist something memorable, then tap Create. The new playlist will automatically include your video.

Step 4: Return to the home page of the YouTube app. At the bottom, tap the Library tab. From the list of playlists, select the one you made in step 3 by tapping on it.

The playlist containing your video will open when you tap the Play icon in step 5.

Step 6: To access playlist options, tap the tiny down arrow next to the video on the following screen. To repeat the playlist, tap the Repeat button. There is just one song on the playlist, thus it will be played more than once.

If pressing the Repeat button is ineffective, you must add a one-second video to your playlist. Use the YouTube search bar to find a one-second video for that. You’ll find a big selection of these videos. Any of them must be included in the playlist that includes your music video. To do this, click the three-dot menu that appears beneath the video and choose Save to playlist.

All of your playlists will appear. Click the Done button after selecting the loop-your-video option you created.

Reopen the playlist by selecting Your playlist from the Library tab. On the Play button, press.

Click the Repeat button that is next to the tiny arrow. I’m done now. Your genuine video will now be played again. The one-second video would go unnoticed.

How to Check whether a YouTube Playlist Has Repeat Enabled

The Repeat icon’s color changes to indicate whether repeat is on or disabled. That is one method of verification.

The repeat icon’s color didn’t change on my Android phone. Therefore, if that also occurs with you, there is a different approach to confirm. Play the last video on your playlist, then tap it once to get there. The repeat mode is active if the Next video button is white. The playlist won’t repeat if it is grayed out. To activate the repeat mode, tap the Repeat icon.
