Una gaffe, un errore, un lapsus, un’azione maldestra. Ecco che un discorso, una situazione, un contesto diventano comici, a volte ridicoli o grotteschi, sempre esilaranti.
La comicità involontaria si manifesta in tante forme, da parte di protagonisti inaspettati e nelle circostanze più imprevedibili. La reazione di chi vi assiste, inevitabile e impietosa, è la risata, pura e sadica. Come l’umorismo.
An oversight, an error, a slip of the tongue or an uncoordinated action. That is how a discourse, a situation or a context may morph into comedic instances, occasionally bordering on the absurd or grotesque, yet invariably hilarious.
Unintentional comedy manifests in many forms, from unexpected characters and in the most unpredictable situations. The reaction of those watching, unavoidable and merciless, is laughter.
