Giovedì 29 Novembre dalle 19.30 alle 20.30 vi aspettiamo al Siena Art Institute per l'open studio dei resident artist Ian Monroe e Isha Bøhling, che presenteranno i lavori realizzati durante la loro residenza di un mese al Siena Art Institute (in allegato due immagini).
Ian Monroe ha prodotto una serie di opere su carta che, in linea con la cifra distintiva dell'artista, propongono costruzioni spaziali geometriche che si combinano con testi dando vita a composizioni astratte.
Isha Bøhling ha dipinto piccoli quadri in acrilico e resina che portano avanti la sua ricerca sui motivi geometrici e le loro possibili combinazioni.

Open Studio at the Siena Art Institute with resident artists Ian Monroe and Isha Bøhling, Thursday Nov 29th 7:30 to 8:30 pm. The artists will present the projects that they have created during their month-long stay in Siena. Ian Monroe has created a series of works on paper in his signature style of geometric spacial constructions incorporating text in abstract compositions. Isha Bøhling has created small paintings with acrylic and resin continuing her ongoing exploration of geometric patterns and pattern manipulation. We hope you can join us for this closing reception.
